how many days for a trial idf i don't wave time?
I had my readiness hearing today. I was told 15 days for my trial now they say 30 days for a trial is allowed. What is the correct answer?

If this is a misdemeanor charge and you were in custody at the time you plead not guilty, the government has 30 days to bring you to trial. If you were not in custody, it's 45 days. You should ask your lawyer for clarification.
