Can a deal be change from one court day to the other
i am currently in court for bulgury at my current employer ....on my last court day i was offered a deal wicht was 3 year provation w/a misterminour and no jail time ....my plublic defender said to take the deal on the next court day cause he wanted to look at certain paper work i had recieve......now the procecuter came back and change the deal ....can they do that??? .....now they want me to do a 3year provetion w/a felony and 6monts in jail and 180hrs of community service.....

Unless the prosecutor promised that the offer would remain open for a certain amount of time he is free to modify it or withdraw it entirely.
