Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

Dear Criminal Lawyers ( Mostly in Redwood city and San Mateo ) Please Help

I Have a Criminal Case that Filed on Oct 2002 in San Mateo County in Embezzelment charges that was filed after i left USA on Sep 2002 . i couldn't renew my passport back in 2011 and i have been trying to get back my life and fight my case . i need a good and reputable Lawyer in the redwood city area that i can communicate before i make it to US and plan everything accordingly ( Please help me as i do not have anyone there to help me out ) .

one question that i have is that what are the worst and least case in my case you think would happened knowing that this case is about 12 years old ?

I was working for the Airlines in SFO as this happened and was a set up by Management to kick me outta there .

what if the Airline doesn't want to come to court for this case ? Can the DA Still press charges ?

the Bail amount then was 10k and what do you think it will be now if i return to USA ? ( Knowing that i am going there Valountarly to deal with this case on my feet ? )

Please Help and give my answers and Please i need a Good Lawyer that does care about the client .
