Please tell me if the current law(s)in ALL US STATES make the death penalty by HANGING legal?

In which states DEATH PENALTY BY HANGING it is still practiced(if any)?

This is a social science question. I'd check on various newspapers, magazines, thesis, and treaties on the subject of the death penalties. There is also a guy who maintains the gas chambers and electric chairs for the jurisdictions that still use them. I'd also consider calling the various States' prisons.

There are one or several web sites that maintain thesis, and you might be able to obtain the summary you want on the method of taking individuals' lives.
