Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
When the defendant is given 3 years probation and 9 months jail and noting is stated as consecutive or concurrent, how do I know if that probation starts on that court date or when they are released from jail. (BTW- this is off of clients rap sheets and I need an end date of there felony probation.)
