Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
defendent wa sentenced to 365 day in county jail after 27 day she was released. The co-defendent is still in county jail after 3months what can I do about that ? The co-defendent took a plea deal in order to avoid prison like the P.D. has told him.

Is this in Los Angeles? The LA jail is overcrowded, so they often release people who have only served a small portion of their sentences.
However, just because she got a break doesn't mean he will. The jail administrators might have decided to release her early because they had too many females, or she might have had a less serious criminal history than she does.
The codefendant or his lawyer would be in a position to do something, if anything can be done. You do not have authority to deal with someone else's case.
