Delete registration

I want to delete my son's registration from 11/05/04 at compton court.

He had a misdemeanor charge of battery and the da's did not want to drop the registration.

I am his mother and conservator.

This is the 1st offense he ever had. His summary probation ended on 11/5/07.

I want to petition the court to delete registration.

He is mild retarded and has a

psychotic condition.

Please help me.
