Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

deportation and parole

If a person has been sent to prison and then deport to mexico, and was given three years parole. Does his parole start from the time he was deport to mexico. Or would it be when he came back into the state of california. Also if my parole is not good in mexico why would they give it to me. Thank You

If you are deported, and you were to re-enter the US, you would be guilty of the crime of illegal entry, which would presumably be a violation of your parole. You would be imprisoned and, after your sentence was up, you would be deported again.
