Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

If I have been deported and I want to expunge my felony or reduce it to a misdemeanor... is it possible if I don't reside there yet.? I'm filing form I-212 with immigration...I have to wait the 10 year mark..

You can do that with a lawyer. However, the expungement won't remove the offense for immigration purposes. You may want to look into trying to vacate your conviction.
