Desperate Father
I need to know the law and what to do. My 14 year old daughter had sex with a boyt that will be 18 in less than 4months, what are options to prosecute?

You could call the cops and have him thrown in the hoosegow. However, young love happens. I happen to be married to my childhood sweetheart who was then quite young. Because she had a disapproving father, we were wed 20 years later.

Penal Code 261.5 is the law, and you first make a police report and then follow up with your local District Attorneys office.
