Can i be detained for warrants in another state when booking a hotel room with a debit card?

You can be detained on a warrant whenever the authorities find out about it. Using a debit card usually wouldn't bring a warrant to the attention of law enforcement. But there are circumstances in which it would. That's especially true if the police are actively searching for you.
