Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
discharging firearms
i received a ticket for discharging a weapon/target shooting in an area of the so cal mountains. There were 6 people on location and only 3 were shooting yet all received tickets, is there any way I can prove I was just watching? ( the forest ranger saw no gun in my posession or near me) thank you
