Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

A disgruntled former co-worker (not our HR dpt. personnel) filled out my EDD form without company permission and make up false accusations. In addition to the companies actions, can I file a criminal complaint against her? This is in California.

What crime?

Even if you point to a crime, the answer is no, you cannot file criminal charges. That decision is exclusively the prosecutor's office's. If there was a crime committed (and I'm not saying there was at all), you can report it to the police.

But I don't see a crime from what you wrote.
