Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

dissmisal of case

how do you ask t have your case

moved to dissmissal because of lack of

evidence. My lawyer is retained my the

courts and he's not fighting for me. He

won't ask cause he's one of the other

side. Of a small county. Siskiyou

county its all white and I'm black they

all know I'm innocent but they think

I'm scared and not going to stand up

for myself.

Get another lawyer to at least evaluate the case for you and give you a second opinion. An out of town lawyer might be a good option although probably a more expensive one.
