Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
divorce
my wife and I are going threw a legal separation right now, but she hasn't moved out of my house yet, i had to put locks on the doors of my room to keep her from entering and stealing my stuff, but just recently she tried breaking into my room by chizzeling at my door with a knife scraping it all up and breaking it. I called the cops and they made a report, i had even next door neighbor witnesses, can she be arrested for what she has done?

Likely as not if the cops are called you're the one who gets arrested.
