Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

I was made to get a Drivers Medical Evaluation by somebody in the DMV. The action ended May 7, 2007. The Psychiatrist wants to keep me in her office until she retires but I want to put the events behind me and finished to be simple. However I went to the DMV to find out why my drivers license was revoked after being beaten up by business partners off a college campus, an arson at my office, being without any identification or bank accounts in a distant location. When I saw the DMV I was shown a Fake ID and a lewd photograph of myself and said that I made the ID. I was made to get a drivers medical evaluation which I completed about 2 years ago. Also any advice about crime, bad cops, and police brutality?
