domestic violence
my husband got arrested and has been charged for domestic, i already signed a paper taking charges off and he has court today what will happen in court?

Who knows what to exepect. We know nothing about the case. I would suggest that your husband hires an attorney sooner than later because these type of charges and a conviction can be really damaging to someone's personal and professionl life.

I hope that the fact that you do not want to press charges will be sufficient for the prosecution to drop the case. However, it is really up to them and not you whether your husband will be prosecuted.
Domestic violence cases can be among the most difficult to fight. If the case goes on, your husband, and possibly you as well if you want to protect him, will need a good lawyer. Feel free to contact me if you need one.
