Re: Domestic violence
Domestic violence ranges from minor injuries to serious injury with broken bones and possibly internal injuries. The sentence for the second offense will depend upon the length of time between the incidents, and the injuries inflicted in each case. If any type of weapon was used to inflict the injury the sentence maybe considerably longer. The judge and the victim's response will also be a factor in the length of the sentence.
