how can this lady file a report and accuse me of something ,and now i have a warrant . and i already have two convictions for domestic violence

People accuse other people all the time. Sometimes because they are truly a victim of a crime and sometimes because they simply can get away with it. Anyone can accuse anyone.

My main observation is that you are going to be in a lot of trouble with two priors if you do not hire a good lawyer.
