In the case of domestic violence: If there is a court ordered
restraining order on the abuser and the victim calls contacts the
abuser what can happen to her/him the victim?

Nothing will happen to the "victim" The "victim" is calling the "abuser" to trick him into violating the restraining order so she can have him arrested again.

Restraining orders do not protect defendants/suspects; they protect victims. This means she can't violate it, but you can. Don't fall into this trap. Violation of a CLETS is a felony.
