domestic violence
Need paperwork stating case was dismissed, but DOJ states was charged and convicted. Not true! Went home no probation, no jail time and no fine. Superior court has purged paperwork. How do we get paperwork stating dismissed?

Purchase a certified transcript of the last court hearing from the court reporter. Then use this as evidence in support of a petition for habeus corpus.
