double jeopardy
Does you support allowing double jeopardy when new incriminating evidence is found? Why or why not?

I do not understand your question. In general once jeopardy has attached the government cannot refile the charges just because new evidence has been obtained. There are however numerous circumstances under which the person be charged with a new crime or the crime may be charged under federal law, etc. Without specific information a more specific answer cannot be given.
