Drinking in public
I got a ticket for drinking in public and the officer did'nt catch me in possesion of any alcohol and did'nt give me a sobebrity test. However they search my friends car and found beer. But not on me?

Thanks for your posting. Drunk in public doesn't require that you have alcohol in your possession, and doesn't even require that they give you a test. The fact that they didn't, however, gives you a defense in this case, however.
