Driving under the influence of a controlled substance

this police officer had arrested me for driving under the influnce&driving on suspended license. i was PARKED at a gas station as this p.o. had pulled in & blocked my vechile after it was already parked and turned off. as he approached the vechile that i was driving he had asked for i.d. during this incident he pulled us out of the car,questioned us and then gave the reason for putting his lights on,the reason was for not having no front license plate! i don't see how he was ble to see this because he only sen the back end of the car,until i had to turn the car the other way because the gas tank was on the passenger side not hte driver side. but he informed nyself & the other passengers that he was the same p.o. officer we had seen an hour before. but not once did he see the front end of the car because when he had seen the car i was pulling into my friends driveway. during this time he didn't ask for vechile reg.,ins. and the car's license plate was from another state. he also called my friends to pick me up at the bus station after he took me to booking the time was at 1:50a.m&droped me off at 3:52a.m. he also stated that it was time forshiftchange sohe needed to hurryup with paperwork.my charges were underetheinflu.&drivings.l
