Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

drug charges are haunting me

I was arrested 1994, methamphetamines, I did pc1000 drug diversion program, went back to court, shook the judges hand and was told this will not appear on record, now applying for nursing license with the State of California, really scared, going for livescan next week, will the past come and haunt me?please help

Under the terms of the drug diversion code section the charges were dismissed.
