Boxcars, semi-truck loads, or any quantity that's obviously not for personal use; scales; baggies; pay/owe sheets; weapons. Your statements to the police or to the informant.

There is no specific test or evidence which is needed for intent to sell conviction. The evidence can be entirely circumstantial. Generally, in such cases, factors/facts which matter are amount of controlled substance involved, scales, cash, pay owe sheets, cell phones, packaging which indicates sales, packaging materials, and the like.
