drug charges
I have already plead guilty to a possion charge the amount was an empty baggie I was in jail for 3 days have court tommrow and have no money to do drug deverison I have never been arrested before

Without more information, I am assuming you are on for sentencing. You have a right to a court appointed criminal defense attorney - request one if you are unsure of your rights or if you are unsure of your sentencing options. Also, most drug diversion programs have a sliding fee schedule according to an ability to pay. Check with the proposed diversion program co-ordinator ASAP.
