Drug charges that wernt mine

My boyfriend was driving while i was asleep. As we got pulled over he gave me 15 grams of herion, 1/2 gram of meth and a scale and told me to put it in my bra. Half asleep and scared i did as he said. (he has been abusive mentally and physically in the past) he did 11 years for a manufacturing charge. I have no drug charges. He said if i took it i would get a misdameanor and a program and that he would go down for life. They also found in my purse 2 needles with herion in them. These were the only things that were mine. I did 20 days in jail and have to turn myself in for 90 days, go to a 6 month program, and a felony. How can i take what was mine and he take his? Ive already told them 3 times it was mine. But now that ive been clean for 23 days of herion im thinking more clearly. And dont think that what my boyfriend is doing to me is right. Please help me with what my choices could be and who i should contact. I dont want to bring anymore charges upon him by contacting weave or can i contacting them with out prosecuting violence?
