Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

drug court

my girl friend was in drug court and ran 6 years ago in orrville ca.

since she got a felony in or. and 3 dui in utah. but she completed. ap&p probation in both states and has completed drug and alchol class. for both states. currentlly the state of ca is stoping her from getting a driver lincese.

without going back to ca we need to take care of this. they want to give her 1 year in jail? is this workable?

There is only one way to deal with this. You need to retain an attorney to investigate this matter - talk to the prosecution and deal with the license, bench warrant, possible jail sentence, etc. Some type of early resolution might be possible.
