Can you be video recorded in the privacy or your own home with or without warrant?

Re: Drug crime

1. Of course you can. Why should you be able to keep commiting a crime without facing additional charges?

2. If you're asking whether someone can come into your house, set up serveillance equipment and record what goes on inside without notifying the occupants, then the answer is: yes, but only with a warrant.

3. Sure. What matters is whether you sold the drugs, which has nothing to do with what happens to the cash afterwards. Not having that particular evidence may weaken the prosecution's case against you, but the prosecutor does not need to have every conceivable piece of evidence in order to bring (or win) a case against you.
