Drug Sales and Domestic Violence

What are the laws dealing with drug sales due to domestic violence? Is one held accountable for the drug sales if being abused by spouse, partner, etc...?

Drug sales caused by spousal abuse

Your selling drugs would only be excused if you could show that the spousal abuse was serous enoogh to rpevent you from seeking other avenuces of relief, i.e., escape from the situation,or going to the police. If you mena that you admit you were selling drugs, but that the spousal abuse caused a temporary insanity, that would be even more difficult. Calif. has a very high standard of insanity defense.You need more than advice, you need a good criminal defense attorney.
