Drug testing laws

me and gf are on colorcode testing for meth.today we went in for testing and i was told i was dirty.on the test stick it was totally in the negative as always.then he tried to say a clean test has a blue line through both the windows? how would you ever know if it was pos or neg? he then said he was sending it to the lab for testing? then my gf who has the same po as me had to give 6 differant urine samples before he was happy with the color and gravity test? then he said hes sending hers to lab also? he put samples in bags and put evidence stickers on them,but we never signed any sample bottles or paperwork stating those were are samples that he was sending.how do we know those samples he sent were really are samples? this po is a real jerk from what we have heard and seen already. can we request a differant po and how do we do it? any advice or info would be of great help !! we both were at the probation office for 5 hours and missed work also.

Mike,

You really DO NOT know what samples were put in the bag or anything. Also, labs could mix stuff up as well. Unfortunately , you cannot choose who you want your P.O. to be.

Wait and see what happens since you have not had any consequences as of yet and there is not really anything you can do unless they accuse you of something.
