Drugs
My fiancee is signed on the lease for the apartment and her sister and mom live there too. Her nephwes are bringing drugs into the house. If the cops find the drugs in the house in the nephews room, who is responsible

Potentially, everyone in the house can be prosecuted. Get the drugs out of there.

The question is, perhaps, more complex than you realize...one can be charged with maintaining a place for the use of drugs and that could reach anyone on the lease...and there is always constructive possession so even if one person "has it" some one else could be charged...not that the above is easy to prove...looks like its time to kick the users out.
