Drunk Driving

First of all I sent this info to your WEB site once alreadygot it from USA Today.But Ill try againBut before I start I must say this site is most informativeI have a long history of DUI.While in Ca.I added to the history,4 in 11 yrs.I did all the time and payed all the fines and moved back to Ne. Where I incurred another,Ill admit I have been habitual however at 43 and life to goafter 10 yrs. of walking,riding and busses I dare say I have learned my lessonits cold here.Im due to get the license back in Nov. When I got picked up in Ne. 3 yrs ago

The Ne. folk said you can get license back in 6 mohowever Ca. stepped in and said he is still on suspension here so he has to wait another 3 yrs.I went w/it.Now I am ready to get back on track and I am concerened that Ca. is going to cause some troublemind you I havent lived there for 8 years,any advice?

Are you on probation in California for the DUI.

It seems that all you would need to do is file

for a probation modification and either appear in

court or hire someone to do it for you so this can

be cleared up and you can get your license back. If
