Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
Drunk in Public...
I already had a ride comming, wasn't planning on driving, and I was sitting on the trunk of my car waiting for my ride when the police drove by and decided to arrest me for being drunk in public. They booked and released me, never ever did a breathalizer but set a court date and are charging me with PC 647(F), do I fight it?

Re: Drunk in Public...
Absolutely if you feel you are innocent. You certainly do not want this arrest and/or conviction on your record without a legal fight if you are in the right.
