i have severe ADD and dyslexy I was told by a judge my disbility he didnt care and that I was taking the plea bargain . I agreed toa plea bargain but the way it was explained to me and what actually was true is completely different. also when i was taking the plea the judge asked me if I understood I told him no he continued any way transcripts show that my public attorney was awful any sugguestions.
