due process on supplemental parole violations
What are the laws regarding due process of issuing a supplemental parole violation?

I am not familar with the law and can only respond generally. The parolee is entitled to notice of the charges, that is what he did to violate the terms of his parole. The parolee may then ask for a Morrisey hearing.
