It might be possible for you to withdraw your plea and re-open the case. If you are under 21, it seems to me you should get a much better outcome than a DUI at 0.06 percent BAC.

Call an attorney as soon as possible. There are time limits within which withdrawing your plea might be possible.

The short answer is, yes you can get a DUI with any blood alcohol level.

I sure hope the "deal" your public defender got you was a good one, but it doesn't sound like it, since your license is suspended.

What can you do? Unfortunately, not much at this point. Depending on when you plead guilty, you might try to withdraw your plea, but that's an uphill battle. Judges are very reluctant to let you take back a plea just because you now regret it.

Obviously, there's more to the story than just the blood alcohol level, but to get convicted at a .06% and end up with a suspended license sounds like a horrible deal.
