With a blood alcohol more than twice the legal limit your are looking a substantial jail sentence and a high fine. You should start attending AA and retain an attorney to represent you in this matter.

Strong character? Who are you kidding? You have two alcohol related arrests within a few months. And you don't get to 0.17 by social drinking -- it's drunken-stupor land. These events are an excellent sign that You Have A Drinking Problem. The court will want to know what you are doing about it.
