a drunk driving comes with an a charge and a b charge, which is .o8% or higher if the b charge is dropped are you required to have to take the 18 month school bydmv?

Usually the 18 month school, usually called the "Level II" school if your blood alcohol level is over .15 or if it's a second offense. DMV will conduct its own hearing and make a determination about whether you driving with a blood alcohol level of .08 or above regardless of what happens in court.
