When (if ever) is a DUI removed from your record?
When (if ever) is a DUI removed from your record? And is there an easy way (other than writing and waiting for a written response) to check if or when it will be removed exactly?

Re: When (if ever) is a DUI removed from your record?
Generally, a DUI conviction comes off your DMV record after 7 years. For purposes of your criminal record, generally, a DUI can not be expunged. A conviction can only be used against you as a prior only if the offense occur within 7 years of each other. To find out when and if it has come off your record you must contact the DMV.
