Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
D.U.I. testing procedures
Are there any cases in the state of California that relate to an individuals right to testing when suspected of D.U.I.? I was denied the right to test, and the arresting officer and two other officers are going to testify against me in court stating that I denied testing when infact I repeatedly requested testing. I am looking for any cases that would be relevant to my situation do you know of any?
