How do I go about expunging or sealing a misdemeanor? I've sucessfully completed probation, served jail time and paid restitution.

Getting the conviction sealed is extremely unlikely. Adult convictions are sealed only under truly extraordinary circumstances.
Expungement, however, is a fairly routine process. If you have stayed out of legal trouble since the conviction you will probably be able to get it expunged. Feel free to contact me directly if you want to pursue this.
