Early discharge of probation

I am looking for the form PC1203.3 to request discharge from probation. I tried the local Superior Court , but they were unable to find the form.Any idea where I can get this form?.

Standard forms issued by the California Judicial Council are available for a variety of court filings, but not for all of them. There is no official form for the type of petition you want to file.

"PC1203.3" is not a form; it's a statute -- Section 1203.3 of the California Penal Code. It authorizes courts to grant probationers the type of relief you seek, but it does not call for the creation of an official form.

Either you or, preferably, your lawyer will have to prepare such a petition and submit it.
