You must show that you have completed all the terms and conditions of your probation, that you have performed well on probation, that you have had NO law enforcement contacts. Then you need to file a motion with the court establishing that you qualify for early termination of probation, appear in court at the hearing on the motion. But you should not even try if you have not yet completely at least 50% of your probation term.
