What is early resolution? For criminal defense is it good?

Re: early resolution
Early resolution means that the court sets the matter for a hearing aimed at quick settlement of the case. The theory is that the prosecution is to give the defendant the best possible offer or the offer defendant cannot refuse. Sometimes they do and sometimes the offer is just garbage. Your lawyer should be in position to evaluate and advise.
