I assume you mean early termination of probation.

Your lawyer should file and argue an appropriate motion. Your motion should be supported by the argument that probation is creating a hardship for you and, of course, your behavior on probation so far has been exemplary. A good argument is that being on probation, and not being able to "expunge" your conviction - something you can do only if probation is successfully completed and terminated, prevents you from getting a job.
