Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
Email Interception
I learned this week that an individual I was going into business with has been intercepting my email for months, preventing me from getting work. There is also issues around this person withhold mail and phone messages.
I'm not sure what legal action to take.

Re: Email Interception
You get yourself a new E-mail address. You send your E-mails requesting receipts from the recipients. And on your mail you notify the post office about the interception of your mail. You send a letter to the individual, that you believe is doing this, to cease and desist. You sever all personal contact with this individual. If there is continued contact with you initiated by them. You obtain a restraining order. This, type of all pervasive interference with your life, is an indication of some sort of mental illness on their part. So take additional security precautions.
