embezzlement OR larceny?
Sales agent#1 call a customer to sell a product, the customer wants to call back to purchase.
The sales agent#1 gives the customer a number to sales agent#2 that's trusted to tell sale agent#1 to call the customer to make the sale.
Instead sales agent#2 tell the customer a lie that he don't know sales agent#1 and makes the sale
to the customer without telling sales agent#1.

Neither embezzlement nor larceny. It was a lie, and lots of lies happen in business and in sales. Many of them are not redressable in criminal courts. It may be a violation of the employer's work rules and should be pursued in that arena.
