In order to be convicted for embezzlement the DA needs to demonstrate to the jury or judge that the accused fraudulently took property that he or she has been entrusted with. This is a serious crime. Call us immediately so we can assist you.

Penal Code Section 503. Embezzlement is the fraudulent appropriation of property by a
person to whom it has been intrusted.

The district attorney at the trial needs to put some fact(s) into evidence to satisfy each of these elements of the crime. It's as simple as that. You'll need to do some research on the word fraudulant. Unofficially it means some kind of trick or device to take or conceal the taking. This is my unofficial definition.
